Michael Myers

This model is based on one of my favorite modern horror characters, Michael Myers from the movie “Halloween.” This is one of the most detailed busts of this character I’ve seen.

This is a two-piece resin bust sculpted by Mark Van Tine and distributed by Gillman Productions, based on one of my favorite modern horror characters, Michael Myers from the movie “Halloween.”

Additions

There were a few additions and changes made to the build. The pumpkin was hollowed out with a Dremel motor tool to resemble a real Halloween pumpkin. This houses a Lantern Lighter unit by Starlighting Products that provides a flickering flame effect for the inside of the pumpkin. This rests on a small wooden jewelry box stained with Minwax acrylic Rosewood stain that is just large enough to house the electronics for the flickering light. A movie poster from the first movie was downloaded from Google Images, resized and added to the front of the jewelry box as a nameplate. Four bullet holes were added to the bust’s torso.
